Made from Pinterest

I needed a fast dinner to apease my hungry toddler and hublet. We were all tired and hungry from being at the pool all afternoon. The husband suggested our go to frozen pizza. I didn't pick any up the last grocery trip, but I told him I found a recipe for pizza in thirty minutes on Pinterest. Insert eye roll. He wasn't in the mood to experiment, but this doubt became a challenge for me. I made a delicious pizza in thirty-five minutes...from homemade crust to bubbling cheesy pizza!

Homemade Pizza

Pizza Crust:
1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees F.)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups flour

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the rest of the ingredients in and mix.

Dump onto a floured surface. Knead into a smooth dough.

Roll out and press down onto a greased pizza pan. Add toppings.

Bake at 450 degrees F. for around 12-15 minutes until the crust looks crispy and lightly browned.

I have made this recipe three times since per the request of the picky eater toddler.

New Recipe!

I found this recipe on one of my most loved blogs foodandnewyorkcity.com
The recipe is for cupcakes! So easy and yummy!

1 box of cake mix
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of water
Mix well. Pour into cupcake pan with liners or into greased cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min.

I poured mine into lined mini cupcakes pans. The recipe made two dozen this way. So moist and tasty. My daughter inhaled two as soon as they cooled. If the girl loves them then they are winners in my book.
